Description

Even when we can’t leave the house, we are able to learn to THRIVE through yoga. Classes are offered in a supportive and accessible environment (virtually…). Chair and/or mat based classes are geared toward clients with disabilities including traumatic brain injury, developmental, intellectual and/or physical challenges. Caregivers are invited and encouraged to participate.

Yoga in Action Online Class Waiver
By joining any online Yoga in Action yoga or meditation class, including live classes and pre-recorded sessions, you understand and agree that you are doing so at your own risk. There will be no supervision by Yoga in Action during these classes and SATYA: Seacoast Area Teachers of Yoga in Action dba Yoga in Action shall not be liable, under any circumstances or in any way, including but not limited to, limitations of video instruction, the failure of the student to use proper technique or to provide a safe space for yoga practice.
