It’s Monster mash movement time!! We will move it and groove it to some of our favorite Halloweens songs. Costumes welcome but not required.
THURSDAY MOVEMENT WITH KASEY: 4:30-5:15pm
Let’s move our bodies! This session will involve some stretching, light exercises, and FUN! All fitness levels are welcome. At the end, we’ll check in with the “Health-O-meter” and have a “chat-a-rooni-dooni”!!
