This class is specifically designed to elicit self-love and plenty of SWEAT!The belief at THE JENNA EXPERIENCE is that dance, one of the best forms of self-expression and exercise, should be accessible to everyone.
Having the ability to move one’s body is a privilege that should be celebrated. Working out should never be mundane, it should always be an experience for the body, mind and soul.
Each 50 minute cardio dance class is completely unique with Jenna’s original choreography. Participants can expect to challenge their bodies, stimulate their minds, and experience a deep shift in vibration. The class covers different styles of dance including hip hop, jazz and musical theater.
Friends in Action is funded mainly through private donations and a yearly fundraiser. Private and corporate donations are needed and greatly appreciated.
